[Intro: Juice WRLD]
Enviyon on the mix
No, no, no, no
No-no, no, no, no
No, no, no, no, no
No, no, no, no

[Chorus: Juice WRLD]
I still see your shadows in my room
Can’t take back the love that I gave you
It’s to the point where I love and I hate you
And I cannot change you, so I must replace you, oh
Easier said than done, I thought you were the one
Listenin’ to my heart instead of my head
You found another one, but I am the better one
I won’t let you forget me
I still see your shadows in my room
Can’t take back the love that I gave you
It’s to the point where I love and I hate you
And I cannot change you, so I must replace you, oh
Easier said than done, I thought you were the one
Listenin’ to my heart instead of my head
You found another one, but I am the better one
I won’t let you forget me

[Verse 1: Juice WRLD]
You left me falling and landing inside my grave
I know that you want me dead
I take prescriptions to make me feel a-okay
I know it’s all in my head
I have these lucid dreams where I can’t move a thing
Thinking of you in my bed
You were my everything
Thoughts of a wedding ring
Now I’m just better off dead (Uh, uh, uh)
I’ll do it over again
I didn’t want it to end
I watch it blow in the wind
I should’ve listened to my friends
Leave this shit in the past, but I want it to last
You were made outta plastic, fake
I was tangled up in your drastic ways
Who knew evil girls had the prettiest face?
You gave me a heart that was full of mistakes
I gave you my heart and you made heartbreak

[Bridge: Juice WRLD]
You made my heart break
You made my heart ache (I still see your shadows in my room)
You made my heart break
You made my heart ache (Can’t take back the love that I gave you)
You made my heart break (Were made outta plastic, fake)
You made my heart ache (I still see your shadows in my room)
You made my heart break again (I was tangled up in your drastic ways)
(Who knew evil girls had the prettiest face?)

[Verse 2: Lil Uzi Vert]
Crying, I’m nauseous
I hear that so often
I sometimes get lost in my head
I’m so in love with that girl (Yeah)
I got the juice in this world (Woah)
She don’t believe in loyalty, but want diamonds and pearls
Fuck that, I had to man up
Tried to boost my confidence and froze my hand up
I’m still hot, turn that fan on
This shit had me depressed, I almost died off Xan’ punch (Yeah)
She said that she love me, but she sucked that boy up (Oh)
You got somethin’ to say, go ‘head now, boy just speak up (Woah)
Tryna break me down because they can’t defeat us (No)
I’m a baker now, like that girl Anita
Should’ve listened to my boy, he said, “Don’t keep her”
Nowadays, I love you so much, I can’t leave ya

[Chorus: Juice WRLD & Lil Uzi Vert, Juice WRLD]
I still see your shadows in my room
Can’t take back the love that I gave you
It’s to the point where I love and I hate you
And I cannot change you, so I must replace you, oh

[Outro: Juice WRLD]
Easier said than done, I thought you were—
—Instead of my head
You found another— better one
I won’t let you forget meChicago rapper Juice WRLD enlists the help of Philadelphia star Lil Uzi Vert for the remix to his July 2017 breakout hit “Lucid Dreams.” On the track, the rappers croon about lost love and reflect on how their relationships fell apart, while also offering hope for the future. This track marks the third collaboration between the two artists following Juice’s July 2018 hit, “Wasted,“ and G Herbo’s “PTSD”. The remix was initially revealed within a now-deleted Instagram Live around mid-2018. The live showed a part of Uzi’s verse. A late-2020 low-quality snippet later surfaced which revealed Uzi’s full verse and him and Juice singing the chorus. The track was originally speculated to appear on Juice WRLD’s debut album, Goodbye & Good Riddance; however, it was noticeably missing on the final tracklist. For quite a while, it was unclear when the track would fully be released, especially since the Reddit account that has been known to be Uzi’s, due to knowing the lyrics of songs prior to release, had stated that the song couldn’t drop, likely because of legal issues with Sting and Yellowcard which may prevent the people involved with dropping from even profiting. The track leaked in its entirety on May 23, 2021 via file-sharing websites. The song was later released on May 28, 2021, as a part of the Anniversary Edition to Goodbye & Good Riddance.Yes! This track marks the pair’s third official collaboration, following Juice’s May 2018 debut album, Goodbye & Good Riddance, “Wasted.” The pair also featured on G Herbo’s January 2020 track “PTSD”—a single for his studio album of the same name.On a Sep 20, 2017 interview with ElevatorMag, Juice WRLD said:My producer Nick Mira used a sample from the band Sting, and I was like “Wow, I gotta really take off on this.” Most of my music is from real-life experiences, so the song was bittersweet. I was going through some hard shit and figured why not make some music about it.
